This serves as an overview of our eight principles and recommended process format for grassroots organizations, networks, and non-profits. Restorative justice processes are lengthy and involve ton of emotional and administrative labor: they are not quick and easy. We recommend building a strong restorative justice culture and foundation before harm and conflict happen (and they will happen).
